One of my favorite restaurants in Macomb County! Shawn, the owner chef, is a culinary wizard and has a created a menu that will WOW your tastebuds. Not only do you come for the food, but their caring staff treats all guests like family. Shawn and his team are so hardworking and there 's a reason his restaurant is a huge staple. He chatted with me for a while, as we 're both from Canada, and told me about his travel stories that inspired him to open Regale. This is definitely not one of those places where you go with a plan of what 'type ' of food you will order. You just have to trust the process of trying/sharing a variety of small plates of several cultural flavor profiles... and you will...

Service was flawless. The Chowder, cool beans and Poutine were flawless. The pork shank and jerk chicken were delicious but a little dry and the peppers were a little too salty but otherwise prepared flawlessly. Adam and Erin did an amazing job and kudos to the entire kitchen staff as well. Good place to go to if you like different kinds of food. Many different cultures. Dishes are small so expect to spend a lot if you want to fill up.
