Poor customer service I order my food at 7:18 and asked how long the lady said come now I got there at 7:30 she told me I must wait 20min so I go back in at 8:08 only to be ignored while the same lady is being disrespectful to a customer on the phone and talking to another customer at the counter with an attitude. I would not recommend they don’t care about there customers
I am disappointed that my $50 order was cancelled over $3 due to a lunch hour policy on DoorDash. It was not my fault that the hours were not updated. They should have had the driver call me to replace the order with something else instead. This experience has lost them a customer for sure. I rate the food, service, and atmosphere as 1 out of 5.
I ordered a large soup and received two small pieces of chicken and one dumpling. It was 90 percent broth/chicken stock which is a shame because the flavour of the soup was good and for $12 or $13 bucks I should have more meat/veggies/dumpling.The jerk chicken was a little dry but the rice and peas were REALLY good. Nice flavour and soft.
I ordered the jerk chicken and was let down. The flavor was lacking, the chicken was overcooked, and it looked more like minced chicken. The service was okay, as it was a take-out meal for dinner. Lady charged added customized the cost and charged $10 for one bottle of beer . When sign on wall clearly states 4.99 for a bottle of sorrel beer therefore she took advantage. Hope the extra 5 made you richer Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I don't eat Jamaican food often, but I know jerk chicken/pork when I taste it, and this wasn't it! This was barbecue chicken/pork. I was very disappointed with my food and will not be returningFood: 2/5
