I was visiting from out of town to catch a Red Sox game and decided to stop by this restaurant for a slice of pizza beforehand. I tried a slice of sausage pizza, and it was fantastic. I even went back for a second slice! The crust was exceptional, the sauce was delicious, and the sausage was top-notch. I also ordered a side salad, which was fresh and well-prepared—better than some salads I've had at five-star restaurants. I would definitely return if I'm ever in the area again. I highly recommend this place! Visiting during baseball season offers a completely different experience. The standards are definitely five stars while the season is on. However, that’s not quite the case during the off-season. It's interesting how two chefs can use the same ingredients, yet one can result in a dish that tastes like something you could have made at home. During baseball season, I almost decided to dismiss Santarpio's because Regina was just that exceptional.
Wow! I have never had such amazing customer service. David and Nolan were working and were nothing but attentive and kind. They made sure we were well-taken care of while also making sure all the other customers were taken care of as well. Definitely recommend!
I was exploring the market and decided to try a few slices from Regina's based on all the hype I've heard. I ordered a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni, but I was left disappointed. The dough was soggy, and overall, it just didn’t meet my expectations.

I wandered in without much of an appetite, but the delicious aroma drew me in. I ordered a slice of mushroom pizza, and I was blown away! It had a crunchy, thin crust and came out steaming hot. What could be better than that? Two slices, of course!

Taking advantage of the fact that we were in Quincy Market, we made a technical stop in Regina, the pizza was nice, reasonable price, fresh dough, the service was fortunately super fast.
The pizza was decent—not outstanding, but not bad either. It was quite pricey, costing over $4 per slice. As for parking, I walked here and also took the subway.
