This restaurant is truly outstanding if you're in search of an exciting new gourmet adventure. Chef Dave has crafted a menu that is both unique and familiar, offering dishes that boast as much substance as style. This holds true for the food as well as the cocktails. Bartender Chad made me the best Old Fashioned I've ever had, demonstrating a deep knowledge of classic cocktails that you would expect from someone dressed in a vest. I can't think of a better spot for a date night, to bring friends from the city, or simply to enjoy a completely new experience. I can't wait to return and try more from the menu, and be sure to make a reservation!
We’ve been to this place a couple times now, and I’ve now decided it’s my favorite restaurant. Every time we go it is phenomenal food and service. Girls night, date night, or special occasions, this is the perfect place. While a little pricey, the quality is 100% worth every penny. Staff is knowledgeable and kind, and everything I’ve tried has blown me away. Bacon wrapped dates and the wedge salad are to die for. Will be returning soon. Started out by showing up a day before our reservation (my error). They took care of it seamlessly. The service was excellent by Samantha. We started with the wild Texas colossal shrimp cocktail. An excellent and unique riff on an old standby. The shrimp were marinated in a slightly spicy mix and it had a wedge of avocado, interesting sauce and garnished with fried inions. My wife had a pasta dish with seafood that she said was outstanding. I had the 72 hour sous vide beef sort rib. It was excellent. Highly recommend Region and will be back.
