We went here to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday with my mother in law and myself. We had wine flights and shared the Brussel sprouts as an appetizer (highly recommend we also tried the lobster bisque (delish! when the food arrived, both my fiancé and mother in law got the surf and turf pretzel crusted pork chop and scallops. The one complaint was that the scallops arrived cold and didn’t fully enjoy. We did not complain to our waitress as we saw how busy she was serving many tables. We kept them to take home. Everything else tasted amazing. Our waitress noticed we were celebrating a birthday and brought a birthday small plate cake with candle which was a great touch. She was great and overall...

I am a wine club member and made a reservation in the bar and did not get that and when I we got seating it took the waiter 20 minutes before he came to our table and I told him that I do not do the wine tasting so they always give me a glass of the barrel reserve instead. Well this waiter told me that I could not get that? I then ordered a glass of cab and it took another half hour before he brought me my glass of wine. We ordered an appetizer and that came before the bread. The service was terrible

Usually me and my friends love Cooper’s Hawk, however this particular day the service was terrible. Our server was very slow and not attentive. We had to ask multiple times for water, our order to be taken and even for our table to be cleared between our appetizers and entrees. It was probably our worst experience at one of their locations.

There was a piece of glass in our food. Didn’t realize this until we ate our left overs at home but that was very unpleasant to crunch on while eating my mashed potatoes. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Kearra was my waitress great service and much patience. It was busy night normally i sit at the bar. I glad i didn’t leave and sat in formal dining hall

The waitress was nice but she didn’t come around often. Food was cold and very salty. Won’t visit this location again
