This restaurant is located near the old part of town in a small pedestrian street which has looks of small, romantic, authentic looking restaurants. We picked here as the setting looked the nicest. We booked ahead and got a table outside on the street The food was great, and excellent value, we had the set menu which had great choices and was very well priced for the amount of food. Had an excellent bottle of rose for only 32euro The staff were lovely and attentive. The owner was there also who was lovely and gave us some recommendations from the menu. Would recommend popping in for the atmosphere and the great value which is hard to find in Cannes

We came to Cannes for the day and decided to stop somewhere for a long lunch. This restaurant proved a perfect choice, with delicious food and great service. We began with an amuse bouche, always a good sign, and as we progressed through lunch we were also offered palate cleansers between courses (eg a grapefruit granite). There were four in our group and we all selected different items with no complaint. The waiter (owner?) was also very pleasant and chatty, although this could be because business was slow so he had some time on his hands. Anyway, it was a lovely lunch that we all enjoyed.
...terrible grumpy waiter in this restaurant located in the old and very pretty part of Cannes. We had lunch and were requested to sit outside on a very narrow terrace. Apparently we couldn't eat inside although it was almost empty. The inside is very charming though and we were quite disappointed not to be able to have a table. Anyway the dishes are of high quality (not quantity though) but not very original. The desserts took ages to come to the table, not sure what happened. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant mainly because of the way we and other customers were treated.

We came here after performing a search for "fine dining" and reading the positive reviews on TripAdvisor, unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The food was bland and scarce but the worse was the service... At some point the waiters just "forgot" to attend any of the tables in our room. We had to wait and wait to finally get the dessert and the bill.Not memorable.
Really loved this restaurant in the old town. We sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. We had the menu gourmand and highly recommend it. All the dishes were excellent and interesting. My favourite course was the fish..st Pierre which was cooked perfectly and tasted divine. A great experience.
We knew a street like this has its places.... and the "not" places. This is inbetween. Food is not bad. But small portions. Especially to the prices. The service is not very observant. But again not rude.Its not a place you come back. But it did not spoil the eveningZ
The restaurant is very nice and homey, both inside and outside. The food is good, elaborate, not too much, but enough to be tasty and well presented. Definitely a good experience. The waiter (an Italian) was extremely enjoyable.

Le Relais des Semailles is a charming restaurant in an old house on two floors in the old town of Cannes serving a very tasting local cuisine. Excellent value for money and charming decoration.
I have been here numerous times over the last few years and it never fails. The Menu du Marche is brilliant value for money. The 2 new staff are so attentive, friendly and welcoming.
