My husband has chosen the really excellent and very hearty sauerkraut (sweet sausage patstache sausage lard ... bc of cabbage for me andouillette (new dish? ABSOLUMENT DELICIEUSE well grilled sauce very good we know the lyonnais caps and I admit that this is much better. Delicious dessert. I'd say one word: Very! The rooms are TRÈS grande, the staff is TRÈS sympathetic, the plates are TRÈS bon and TRÈS copiers. To top it all, the restaurant is TRÈS well placed with view of the Château de la Roche. So we had a good night.
