Beautiful, warm place. Very welcoming and smiling staff. Very fresh entrance, well seasoned. For the dish, I took a fraiche grate , risotto de langustines à ma facon . I have a flat on the name, for me it doesn't match what's in the plate is a big coffee spoon of risotto. The dish should instead be called fried fraiche with my way of these vegetables and its risotto of langustines In any case the dish was beautiful as much by the visual as by the taste and variety of vegetables. For dessert a good homemade milk rice and its caramel coulis with orange blossom. In short: beautiful place, dishes worthy of a good bistronomic, one feels with family. I highly recommend. Big heart.
We took piquillos peppers stuffed with cod and grilled chipirones (baby squids); both were very tasty and well served for a starter. Second course was the he parillada (assortment) of fish and seashell, and I was a little bit disappointed as regard the variety of seashells, but anyway, it was good but not so varied. Anyway, the food was good, the atmosphere was simple and friendly; it was a nice evening in Ustaritz! Do not hesitate to book in advance, because it quickly fills up at 8 pm!

All of them found Le Relais du Labourd excellent, high quality and remarkably presented dishes ... and one more on the decoration of the 'Auberge type relay à l'ancien. Sensational, I recommend. I'm from the area and it's one of the best restaurants. Croc with truffle to fall, a thousand delicious sole leaves and the famous gourmet coffee. Nice and efficient servers. Nothing to say is perfect, even the price that is correct in view of the quality of the performance.
Atmosphere inn with quality cuisine. From crossing the corner after a hike, I was looking for a restaurant to regain strength. Strengths I took over. And in addition, my taste buds have feasted. I only took fish. The dish is well erect and the accompaniments are surprising. Good value for money.
