First off, I was extremely happy that this restaurant accepts reservations. Unfortunately, they lost the reservation by the time, we arrived on the agreed upon time/date. Our reason for making a reservation in the first place was because we had a large group with children and the children needed to eat promptly. This was a source of aggravation for us, in that we were expecting a trouble-free night. Irregardless, they were still able to seat us, but not all together. We were all in the same section but the purpose was to share a meal together, and that didn't really happen to our liking with two different tables across from a walkway. Located in a small strip mall with lots of parking. Large dining room seating with warm ambiance. Our Mussels appetizers were large orders of very tasty steamed mussels in a tomato broth. Our Caesar salads were of nice size but top heavy with Caesar Dressing and too few croutons. Our Chicken Primavera entrees were ample chicken strips with penne and vegetables in a wine sauce. Our Veal Scallopine entrees had ample amounts of tasty veal on top of house roasted potatoes. We happened upon this restaurant while looking on line for eateries close to Fairview Mall in North York, OntarioWe were surprised to read that this restaurant has been open for business many many years and the reviews on trip advisor were positive. So we thought we would give it a try. Nice surprise! Food was very good and the price was reasonable. There were a lot of customers for a Tuesday afternoon which tells us that it must be a good place to eat at. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Had a pleasant chat with one of the owners at the bar and we did express our satisfaction to him regards our lunch and told him we would be back. Would very much recommend this restaurant.
Came here with a few friends. Service was fast. Servers were always nearby to see if we needed anything.Food was very well made. I ordered the Sicilian Pizza made with hot sausages and hot peppers. The hotness of the pizza did well with the taste. The tomato sauce and crust was fresh and crunchy.My friend had a lasagna. He said it was baked well, and it was layered nicely.The price is also really good. 12 dollars for the pizza and 13 for the lasagna. Would recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. Even though it is a Family Restaurant, it is also perfect for a romantic dinner! I love their Chicken Parmesan, but I try a different entree every other visit! :D Their Lasagna is amazing!My favourite think about Remezzo's though, is the fabulous staff! From Paul the Manager to their lovely waitstaff, (Hi Courtney!) they make you feel at home.A visit here is not complete without dessert. If they have any left, try the Creme Brulee...my mouth waters just thinking of it!
Good food .. good prices. We had the parm chicken , veal parm and kid's portion of meatball and spagetti, It was tasty and quick. Service was good. No complaints.
