Not our first visit and certainly not the last. The quality of service and food was exceptional, as always. From the mouthing (prepared especially for me by the chef Renaldo because I am a vegetarian) to the desserts everything is delicious, blend of exceptional flavors, Ronaldo certainly knows what he does. Each dish is presented exquisitely using plant-grown fillings around the restaurant. My wife started with home-made foie gras that she said delicious and that constituted a good portion. For a vegetarian, this restaurant is excellent with options on each dish that have been carefully designed by the chef and not only added afterwards, unusual for France but great to have such an excellen...
At the end of March, if I were to give more than 5 stars. We had such a pleasant experience, our maitre’d Jean Luc could not come before. The service was brilliant and we were made to feel very welcome. As far as food is concerned, I can say differently as excellent. The Soufflés were from this world, it was my first time one and it was not disappointed! In addition to the Soufflés, the rest of the food is fantastic, a true feast for the senses. We were in the center of Montpellier, but the restaurant is so easy to use the tram, so there is no excuse not to make the trip, you will definitely not regret it, I will definitely come back when I am in Montpellier!
A very good reception, a meal that starts with a very nice mouth followed by Veal kidneys for gentleman and a square of Aveyron lamb for me. A beautifully tasted square and cooked to perfection, following a cold tank and a sicilian pistachio. The breaths that are wonderful. A beautiful presentation as and especially in exquisite taste for each of them. I chose the pistachio and enjoyed a real gustative pleasure. I am delighted with this meal for only 29€ of coffee included. Thanks to the chef and master of the hotel two professionals who love their business. I recommend.
An unrivalled cook and a server so pleasant and professional. Service under bell. This restaurant is very good. The many dishes on the map so synonymous with freshness are fantastic. I have never eaten such a delicious blown of my whole life, more for dessert. That meal was divine. Prices are perfectly justified there is a real knowledge to do. Superb welcome for our company meal. There were twelve of us at the table and twelve satisfied people. The ravioli starters and the soufflés were unanimous. A pleasure for the senses. The plates are graciously decorated. We always feel welcome. The staff takes the time to visit and asks its customers. Chef Renaldo is always happy to share his culinary creations and welcome his guests at the end of the meal. I would recommend it in a heartbeat. It's such a treat!
