Renato's Pastry Shoppe

The pastry is 1st quality and their cannolis' are better than their competitors. My gripe is the prices. In 2019 2020, l brought cannolis'. If owner was there serving customers the large cannolis she'd charge me 3.50. The other shop associates charged me 3.25. I havent visited the shop for at least 7-8 months.I just went a few days ago and was charged 4.75 per large cannoli which is $1.25 higher????!!! I didnt say anything and brought 2 large cannolis and 1 large buttercream Napoleon came to $14.25! There was a sales associate there that day. I love Renata's pastries but Will have to stop going there due to her prices and Iam also going to stop referring people to this bakery. Many items are...

after years and years to be a faithful customer, I deal with a young girl under the name christina, which I have treated at two different locations. for the first time she was careful and pretended she didn't want to do her job. the second time that was today at 15:44 clock when I tried to put a command on the phone. she told me to turn it off right away. I stayed about ten minutes waiting and called back. then she took up and told me to stop and let me wait again. she had a posture that could be detected immediately via the phone. I asked her what her name was and she said Christina. I won't be any longer or from here until it gets removed.

Renato's owner Mike was a true professional. He showed me what he just made and what was fresh from that day.I purchased a good sample of his cookies and pastries and I was extremely impressed to say the least. Everything was not only fresh but tasted fantastic. His macaroon cookies and biscotti were perfect and his cakes and pastries reminded me of bakeries from years ago. Fresh and full of flavor.I highly recommend this place, even if you have to come from another borough or state to do so.

I would have given 5 stars, based on the fact that my uncle loved what I bought for him. but I hate and can't stress enough when I ask ex: have they strawberry cake? and their answer is it costs $25 that grinds my equipment. I did not ask the price, please businessmen tell their workers that this is rude and insulting. even more than you did not specify the price to each customer. is it rude? This is the Best Bakery. The staff is so friendly and the owner is so sweet and helpful. Whatever you need or want they can do it. There cakes are amazing and the pastries so delicious. Every occasion I need a cake for I get it from them. I wish them a Merry Christmas and a happy new year

The service by Catherine was excellent. She was very helpful and understanding while I was trying to explain what I wanted my daughter's birthday cake to look like. I also love the mini canolli. All the cakes and the pastries looked delicious. Beautiful ginger bread people and houses.

Not following mask mandates during a pandemic is odd. Hospitals are inundated with patients and not one of their employees is wearing a mask. Shame they can’t do their part.
