The pastry and terrace series was always a good quality, but I cannot recommend the coffee at all! I ordered a large café Latte and basically got a cup of boiling hot milk. Zero milk foam (because too hot) and only traces of coffee in it. But the most shocking: when I brought back the cup of hot milk and complained about it, they would not even give me my money back, but just give me a card with a phone number! Very disappointing coffee and a complete lack of customer service!
This place has consistently tasty and high-quality baked goods. If you're looking for a nice dessert to bring to a friend's house, or just looking for an individual pastry as a snack or for breakfast, this is a great go-to place in the area. I've never had an issue with the service. The prices are high but the product is high quality. The almond croissants are amazing, as are their various tarts, eclairs and cookies.
It's located inside Gelson's, which wasn't immediately clear. The ambiance gets a low score of 1 out of 5. However, the service was quite good, earning 4 out of 5. I ordered an oat milk loaf and a croissant. Unfortunately, the croissant was served cold and wasn't great. The latte was just average. I really don't understand all the 5-star reviews—I'd say it's mediocre at best.
I heard this place has good croissants and let me tell you... Best. Croissant. Ever. Seriously comparable to ones I've had in France. Also got a pecan pie for thanksgiving and it was amazing. The crust was to die for and my family finished the entire thing which is unheard of for us because we aren't even big pie people. Excited to come back to try more : Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Adolfo/Angel was amazing and helped me select this outstanding bakery favorite as a gift! It couldn't taste any better and I was so excited to share it with my family. The flavor is unprecedented and the presentation was perfection ! Thank you so much to this wonderful establishment for being there for any pick me up I could ever dream up!
I also went just a few hours before closing time, and the place was already shut down with the lights off. When I asked for a cup of ice, the owner didn't even bother to provide it after I spent $10 on two macarons and one tart. I'm hesitant to recommend this bakery; maybe I'll give it another try in the future, but I'm not sure.
I brought her a chocolate cake for my birthday, and everyone was curious about where I got it from. I also tried her chocolate and almond croissant, which was so delicious that I would drive just to buy it. Their macarons are equally delightful!
Our neighborhood go-to bakery when I need beautiful baked goods to take as gifts in a hurry. I wish they offered vegan pastries so I can actually eat them myself. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The best Galette des rois in the neighborhood. Their patisserie are exquisite delicious and reminds me of some fine bakery in France. I highly recommend
