We visited Republic for the fourth time last night. The menu has changed slightly since our visits began (less Asian focused) but still plenty to choose from and all courses were delicious. The appetisers/pallet cleansers in between courses were a really nice touch. We are celebrating our honeymoon and the staff couldn't have done more to ensure we had a special time. Hasta la vuelta!
beautiful location, beautiful decor friendly attentive staff. the menu is varied, the three of us all selected different dishes. we all agreed that eating was not only beautifully presented but cooked for perfection. we went on a recommendation would certainly recommend everyone. price adequate for quality offered.
