On Tuesday, October 27th, 2015, we stopped by this restaurant in Hébertville for dinner and were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere. The service was quick and efficient, with a touch of good manners. Our meal was simply DELICIOUS, consisting of a non-greasy vegetable soup, a generous portion of salmon pie served with a smooth egg sauce that was not too salty or peppery, and a raspberry tart that left my taste buds tingling with excitement.
