Die in der Region allgegenwärtigen Barschfilets sind ... herzhaft und in einer Buttersauce bestrichen. Der Schweinebauch – ein Tagesgericht – war absolut lecker, aber mit 42 Franken für ein Mittagsgericht etwas zu teuer ... die Rösti waren viel günstiger und auch in einem Dutzend Sorten erhältlich. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie die Sammelparkuhr bedienen und Ihren Strafzettel hinter die Windschutzscheibe stecken – die Parkkontrolle am Seeufer scheint recht effizient zu sein!
The view of the Lac de Neuchâtel is the top reason to visit the Auberge de la Tène, but the cuisine is quite excellent as well, although you do pay a premium for the luscious lake vistas. The perch filets, ubiquitous in the region, are savory and slathered in a buttery sauce. The pork belly--a daily special--was absolutely scrumptious, but at 42 francs a bit steep for lunch fare...the röstis were far more modestly priced, and available in a dozen varieties as well. Be sure to feed the collective parking meter and place your ticket inside the windshield--parking enforcement seems quite efficient along the lakeshore!
We had a family celebration with a group of 30. The place is very popular and frequented by many people however it was a preparation and service of high quality. Friendly and dedicated staff always with a smile even a little joke. Excellent cooking, great quality. It has its price but its worth it. When passing by before, just for coffee or for lunch it was equally good. Highly recommended when in the area for vacation or even just passing by on business
The service was very poor. We had Fish "Chef Special" . No taste... Fish wasn't nice cooked and the sauce was tasteless veggie raw. Very overpriced for a view Fish. Plus they charged us $25 for a small plate of pasta for my 5yo son. As there was nothing on the kids menu... Very disappointed used to be very good and friendly. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Wir hatten dort eine Firmenweihnachtsveranstaltung und es war sooo cool. Der Apero war wunderschön mit hausgemachten Kuchen und Flammen. dann gab es Gänseleber. Schließlich war das Fleisch so gut, zart und mit vielen Pilzen in der Soße, serviert mit etwas Süßem. und hausgemachte Gnocchi.
We were able to get a table despite last minute reservation and were really very well served. Nice restaurant with view on the lake and fireplace in the centre of the "round" side room. Very good food and rapide service despite it was full.
What a lovely place to have dinner with a beautiful view of the lake... the service was great as was food... especially liked the grilled shrimp... the Neufchâtel Pinot Gris was the best we had during our weeklong visit
Oh my god never again the food was so horrible. We had a hamburger and the meat was raw. And the workers there just speak french. Never going there again in my life !!!

The location of the restaurant is great. It is on the lake front. I really enjoyed the view. The food is good and local wines are worth tasting.
