Absolutely ridiculous! We were suggested this restaurant by someone at the beach, so we decided to give it a try. We were seated promptly, and the waiter took our orders right away. However, the food took an entire hour to arrive, and when it finally did, it was only for one person. The three of us had to wait even longer. The service was incredibly slow throughout the meal. Eventually, the rest of the food came, but the drinks we ordered never arrived. To make matters worse, we found someone's hair in one of the plates. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, they reacted defensively and claimed it had never happened before. We were shocked by their response and decided not to fin...
We went for an evening meal at this restaurant, I had steak, my wife chose a pizza, my steak was greasy but just about ok, my wife tasted her pizza and said it was quite salty, she ate 1. 1/2 slices but couldn’t eat any more because it was very salty, I tried a piece and had to spit it out as it was way too salty for me, I complained to the waitress that served us and asked for her to ask the chief to taste it, she took it away and had no response from chief, I asked another waiter what the response was and he shrugged his shoulders and walked away !!! Came here tonight for a Cocktail after dinner at our nearby hotel. Setting looked lovely overlooking the sea and we sat down and chose a couple of drinks both priced at €9.50 each. When my partner came to pay they tried charging him €46 to which he questioned and was told it was a tip he said no thank you it should be around €20. They spoke amongst themselves in Spanish and told him to tap again saying it would be just for the 2 cocktails. When we got back to our hotel and checked they had taken the €46!!!! We ate here on our last afternoon in Portinatx before our flight home. The views from the restaurant are beautiful and this place could be fantastic but unfortunately the food was terrible. My partner and son ordered pizza whilst I was looking forward to a nice dish of fresh tomatoes with spaghetti (as described on the menu) The pizzas were tasteless and the spaghetti was definitely a tinned version of a supermarket value range spaghetti in tomato sauce (costing about 20p) which I couldn’t taste and didn't eat as it was terrible. lunch with a view. Garden and vegetable gardens. fresh fish. the oral dimension is much higher than the average of the orchard that tends to propinate in the dishes in most restaurants. fresh vegetables a little retro with pickles. not exactly the maximum. much lower prices than other areas of the island. price ok. an unpretentious lunch. great sin the presence of annoying wasps flying in the garden and made the lunch a little obvious but this is not their fault) kind and smiling staff. a little long waiting times, typical of ibiza. overall a good proposal for a lunch by the sea.
The drinks were insanely overpriced, a friend was shouted at and laughed at by the staff. Appalling service, don’t usually write these things but it’s the next day and I am as angry as I was yesterday. Food was god awful. Rude doesn’t cut it, this is an awful establishment wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.
The staff were so rude here. Took ages to get served and when we did they seemed to be really annoyed we were there. Food was bland and overpriced I can cook better at home and I don’t cook often. Cocktails were watery. Lovely view but that’s about it.
Lovely lunch overlooking the sea. We had a pizza each which was a slight mistake as they were huge. Extremely tasty though and we took what we didnt eat back to our hotel. Staff were friendly enough and ovrrall a very good experience. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Si estás de paso por la zona te recomiendo parar en este sitio, tiene unas vistas espectaculares en primera línea. La carta es muy variada y todo lo que pedimos estaba buenísimo. El trato por parte de los camareros de 10!
