Nachdem wir an einem Sonntag im Zentrum von Thun verzweifelt nach einem vernünftigen Schweizer Restaurant gesucht hatten, fanden wir Casa Iberica, da dort für Schweizer und portugiesisches Essen geworben wurde. Tatsächlich keine Enttäuschung. Ca. 4 Schweizer Gerichte auf der Liste. Wir entschieden uns für Leaver und Roeschtly und Schnitzel mit Nudeln, Salat und Fassbier. Portug. Superbock ist ebenfalls verfügbar, wir haben jedoch den Schweizer Entwurf bevorzugt. Für Weinliebhaber gibt es auch portugiesische Weine aus Douro und Alentejo, aber recht teuer!!!! Freundliche und lockere Atmosphäre. Wenn Sie wieder in Thun sind, werden es sicherlich mehr die Auserwählten sein.
we were for the first time in this restaurant in the center of thun. at the beginning we were somewhat irritated by the cheese smell, as well as Portuguese specialties are also served fondue and raclette. we decided to start a Portuguese potato soup and croquettas. the two courts were not convincing. However, the grilled tinted fish with potato to the main course have made up everything again. it tasted like in our favorite restaurant in porto. the wine from the douro valley was excellent and the service friendly and attentive.
It took an hour and a half to serve us a Frenchman (a cheese sandwich) .literal we entered at 2'30 and left at 4'5.There were only two couples, and they were serving them when we arrived. Even so, they first picked up the tables, half an hour to give us the letter. And three quarters of an hour to serve us, some potatoes we hadn't asked for but they've charged us. I mean, a disaster. the food was not bad but the bill has been an exaggeration even for Swiss.
We were looking for a cheese fondue so we decided to try this restaurant.It was indicated fondue cheese house mixture.As we are small eaters, we asked for a small portion and the waitress said it was possible. we have eaten for the first time in the Swiss paella and are totally enthusiastic. eating was excellent with a lot of seafood and meat. and all at a reasonable price. the service was courteous and attentive. we were not for the last time in restaurant casa iberica.
panted carvings are freshly prepared and the best pommesfrites are available. supper cheap. we have often eaten in the casa iberica and have been spoiled again and again with wonderful food.
