I booked Chez Pablo for a birthday trip that we had organised for a very large group. I emailed the restaurant to see whether they could cope with 24 English friends. I was invited there for diner, and I must say that the huge smile on the face of the waiter when we came in, the quality of their food, the warmth of their service was as perfect as it was 20 years ago. chez pablo is a must...in saint jean de luz! great team, delicious food. something real about them!
