an unforgettable moment for several reasons. First because we were absolutely alone (one station opening Saturday) in this place at the end of the world. Then because sleeping in a yurt, in the middle of winter, heating in the stove, without electricity, is a true mini-adventure. A timeless change. Finally, because Sonia received us with kindness and sympathy. We have dined wonderfully: a fondue and roses with mortal sausages. all in an incredible setting, lost in a valley in the middle of the pines. What an adventure!
If you want a typical mountain hut, it's the little cliff you need. candlelight, rustic furniture, fireplace fire... everything is there and to spoil the service is friendly (good tonight we were only two but still). If I had to find a negative point, because there are always and everywhere, I would say the card is a little short. Adding cheese croutes, one or two soups or mountain macaronis would be a plus, after seeing the little staff on the spot it is surely complicated to do more.
