If you want to taste a real cassoulet, don't look for you in the right place. You do not go to the hamlet of the crozes by chance, not very far from castelnaudary but small road of narrow and windy countryside and when you arrive you do not notice the restaurant the crepe, very simple. but the welcome and pleasant and the friendly boss. the cassoulet is excellent and hearty, we took in dessert the iced cassoulet (vanilla ice cream with black cherry and nougatine) very good, the boss even offered us to reserve a second part, we could not refuse. .it is still advisable to call before being sure to taste it.
I'm a stalker, so used to witches! Used to comparisons. at the time we had our habits with my parents and we went back to the crepe (name for a cassoulet restaurant). This cassoulet is a reference! homemade, when you taste it, you feel authenticity. an extra taste, and a mastered turn of hand. so yes, indeed, you have to make a few kilometers to get there, but what a pleasure! to carry, the portion is 6,50€/person. A feast! do not forget to bring the cassole back (the dish in which the cassoulet is served) because it is recorded. I'm going back to castelnaudary next week: I know I'm going to the crozes!

a simple restaurant but with exceptional cuisine, and high cality. the products of which fresh and portions not for small eaters. a top boss and a small brown waitress very nice to the smile that does not leave indifferent. a restaurant I strongly recommend

On a noon-channel ride, we rode the bikes to go to this restaurant recommended by a locker.Not disappointed with the detour. very good reception in simple setting to the generous kitchen. very digestive and succulent cassoulet.

serving frozen bread in this establishment is said to be very disappointing. It's really a shame.
