Clearly a place where people come to celebrate special occasions, etc. Good atmosphere and kind staff, though the service rather chaotic. The produce was of good quality, but the grilling skills of the chef were quite average. “Grilled” scallops means steamed scallops really and the grilled fish I got was actually served almost completely raw (it got grilled when we asked for it). The meat according to fellow eaters was good. Fries were OK, but that’s disappointing considered it’s the staple of choice at the place. Zero points for presentation just meat fries, not a single green leaf. If that’s the concept, fine, but it doesn’t really look good. Prices quite stiff considering the above.
