we ate here twice during our stay in st jacut de la mer. nothing else in the vase of classic quality. we went for the menu gastronomic. 45 euro, but it is worth it for quality. we tried all the options a beautiful fish. in filo pastry, fois grass or oysters for beginners. the most important were the best succulent filet steak, a wonderful fish and mushroom risotto and a turbot dish with veg all exceptionally good, surely michelin quality. best pudding was a cowardly and white cheese combo. sounds strange, but really delicious. beautiful waitress. pleasant atmosphere. they have to visit time as closed in the evenings mon weds (only mon and dos) and although not as closed Sunday evening when w...
this restaurant has always been good since the last seven years. we may go two or three times a year when in vacation in the opposite and have never been disappointed. they need to book intelligible as it is excellent. not. cheap, but very good value and every euro worth. beautiful atmosphere and very welcoming, but rather formal (as with most good French restaurants)
we visited a busy day when the restaurant had a big event on the terrace. the kitchen was excellent supplemented by the cook. the biggest part of the service was good, only from one of the two waitresses who had a bad day...and could have been less terse, made an effort to serve my wife first, and raised her game to fit the rest of the restaurant.
We came upon this restaurant by chance when looking for somewhere to go for coffee. It has a large car park just opposite. When we saw the quality of food being served we stayed for lunch. I could not recommend it highly enough. The decor...adds to the ambiance. The service is attentive. The food very flavoursome.
