After visiting this restaurant for 29 years, I feel qualified to comment. the owner is very friendly and has many repeating customers. the restaurant is full at 12.25, so either at 12.10 or book. (I can appeal to the comments of lesley d.) the local French are very demanding, and they are there, like recurring customers. the dining room decoration is art decor with interesting pictures on the wall for possible visits close. the basic menu is the best value for money. first, the appetizers are simply the best in the eu, which are prepared together with excellent brot and butter fresh. the main course is freshly cooked and then cheese. home made pudding complete. We'd intended to eat in Dieppe, but found ourselves in Eu with the end of French serving time fast approaching, so we took a chance on the Restaurant de la Poste. The restaurant has shabby chic decor and the service was unobtrusive and efficient. A...4 course menu proved to be very tasty and most impressive nearly all the dishes had the fait maison symbol, an icon of a saucepan with a roof on it. it is a family-run restaurant that is very traditional in its menu and ambiente. we had a really good lunch at a reasonable price. they serve well prepared classic French dishes. this is not a tourist restaurant, but a destination more on the...local people who know and appreciate good classic cuisine to reasonable trips. the service is cozy, so do not expect a fast meal, but if you have the time, this place is highly recommended. we visited on a Sunday when eu is very quiet with many facilities closed.
this is a small restaurant that is recommended to me to book is especially at weekends. the restaurant is very friendly with very nice ambiente and a good selection of meals on two main menus 21 euro and 30 euro we ate out. the 21 euro menu and were very satisfied with our meal well presented and cooked to perfection and with friendly service. there is a small but very sufficient weinlist. I hesitate to recommend this restaurant and will certainly eat here again.
