The balance of flavours and textures of each dish was exceptional, and the discovery menu we chose was just that - a journey into creative and sensitive cuisine, where each dish brought together elements that complemented and enhanced each other. It is hard to find the right words without sounding pretentious, so all I can say is.....taste for yourself. I don't know. The best restaurant in the city, I think. The gastronomy is there and the chef is an outstanding cook. If you have the opportunity to visit Gignac, take the time to book a table. Good food and presentation. Lots of hidden interesting flavours. Formal but not stuffy. Relaxed atmosphere. Parking a bit tricky but not a problem.
