We went to two on a Sunday in September for lunch. on the small wooden terrace overlooking the quiet street with views of the mountains, we have enjoyed it. welcoming and warm melania service are the pride of Mathieu's work in cuisine. The menu price (entrance-plat-dessert) is based on the main dish. So we took a small paste of orties and mint with goat sauce (a delight)! and a well creamy potiron soup, followed by a rosé duck as requested, accompanied by homemade polenta and fried pears yarn (a feast) and a homemade chutney with figs collected in the var by the bosses, and cannelloni of blettes pink sauce. desserts: hot cold cataignes, roast almonds and ice were sensational. an address that deserves to be known. on the menu, quality, local products and an irreproachable freshness; original and tasty cuisine; very warm welcome; and discovery of beers of the quebec, very rare in france. the boss takes care to present his dishes with all the desirable details. prices very correct. more possibility to buy very good jams house. all with the beautiful smile of the boss. in short we can only recommend this restaurant.
each of my summer stays to auron I go to the stars at least once to Saint dalmas the very good address which never disappointed me. The welcome is very warm and the food irreproachable I especially advise you the hot cold of chestnut a dessert to fall!!!!Hier evening we have tasted the gnocchis of ortie and a chicken jump: excellent!!!!So if you stay in the tined go to the star you will not be disappointed !!!!

We discovered by chance this tiny restaurant (20 covered) on a rainy day...The young chef was preparing mint and orties pier...A delight! The cold hot cataignes whistled with ice at the almond was the same level! a delicious quebecquoise beer accompanied this menu, nicely served by the young Canadian chef's companion.To test without hesitation if you pass through it, but book!

in the small village of st dalmas hides a wonderful restaurant very romantic, refined cuisine with garden product.3 choice of entrances, dishes, desserts that change according to seasonal products.
