the restaurant must be used to delight taste buds for a super reasonable price for taste sensations very above the average. service is discreet, quiet and efficient. I loved the Norwegian turbot and omelet. The mouths were divine. the chief is a pastryman who deserves a visit, see two, anyway regularly if I was from the country! (Already 2 before me and I'll press a third before my departure.
Thanks to the whole Cassassus family and their team for this very good past for Christmas Eve 2023. Always as pleasant to come. We feel very well in this restaurant as a family. Just delicious. The finesse, the search, the lightness. The exotic freshness really made us travel... We wish you very good holidays at the end of the year. We'll probably be back soon.

I don't regret Tarbes-Auch. Really this restaurant deserves a detour. A real enchantment for the palace in a sumptuous setting with a burning atmosphere. An unforgettable moment for a reasonable price! Small flat, review the decor of the chimney, an aunt shifted over the fushia.
I thank the afflicted lamb who had the kindness and professionalism to find me a room at the last minute. personal care, comfortable bedding, impeccable room. I recommend this establishment without hesitation.
