Restaurant du Fromage

Well, of course I saw Rick Stein cheese here and I thought you had to young man. I booked the hotel and drove from Italy to try this.. I was warmly accepted (which is rare when it is a table for... one). I ordered the local Chardonnay white 'Arbois ' and began to smile on the menu of cheese (i.e. I mentioned it was cheese). I started with an abbey of cheese and ham. Then I went to the Saucisse de Morteau, Cancoillotte. Dive sausage in cheese should be a national Pastime. I saw a plate that handed me over to another table and heard the words Escargots... I immediately decided that I could buy new shirts tomorrow and went for it as glorious.. I fought now, but I thought about a penny. I wonder...

Encore plus sympa à l'intérieur...décor chaleureux et très bon service ! C'est bien la première fois que l'on me propose de goûter le vin, de manière à le choisir en fonction de son gout pour le boire à la finale, au verre.Sinon super repas avec une petite anecdote concernant notre plat principal...à savoir que la cancoillotte servie n'était pas chaude, mais sans importance (le chef devait être débordé en cuisine).C'est vrai il y avait du monde...mais sinon que c'est bon !!!

We were aware of this restaurant through a Rick Stein program on the BBC, and when we spent a week in the Jurassic, we used the opportunity to eat there. It didn't disappoint! The food is tasty and very cheap. The staff is also friendly and very obligated (we could not decide which cake to have, so they offered us 'two half slices' instead of price for one and both were beautiful. We will definitely return when we are in the area.

le gros bémol de ce restaurant comme tous ceux de MALBUISSON qui au passage appartiennent tous à la même famille, nulle part les tickets restaurants ne sont acceptés. Nous avons plutôt bien mangé mais ce désagrément nous a gâché le plaisir. Nous les utilisons pour nous faire plaisir en vacances, nous avons du utiliser la carte bleue.... pas top Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

A la recherche d' un restaurant ouvert un lundi, nous sommes allés par hasard au restaurant du Fromage? Accueil sympathique, cadre très agréable et cuisine originale à base de fromage avec un très bon rapport qualité -prix. Une très bonne adresse. Nous reviendrons en hiver pour déguster fondue ou raclette

Assiette déplorable, assiette campagnarde indigne...je ne met pas moins car le personnel mérite mieux...je ne parlerai même du rapport qualité prix...heureusement que pour la moitié du prix l'assiette dégustée à midi était juste délicieuse et faire de produits artisanaux pleins de saveurs...

Le cadre de ce restaurant est super sympa, les plats proposés sont excellents avec des produits de qualité. Les tarifs sont abordables et le personnel aux petits soins.

Mauvais management en cuisine, il a fallu attendre une heure quart une simple salade et une fondue fromage au liquide séparé du fromage.... Bien dommage! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

La fondue est très bonne, les tartines aussi. Bon rapport qualité prix et serveurs sympathiques. Attention à la digestion !

Très bon resto dans un cadre magnifique !!! Les produits sont de bonne qualités ! Le tout dans une ambiance un peut chic!!!
