Perfect as always. The restaurant has changed its look, it is more modern although sober and the dinner was perfect! The only downside was that the person who served us told us it would be corn bread and Espelette pepper like we were used to, but it wasn't the case and it's a shame. The bread, although very good, is no longer made with corn or despelette pepper, we should inform the people providing the service not to advertise it anymore... In addition, breakfast was very noisy because of a group that was making a lot of noise and no one said anything to them! It's a wonderful place where we like to come back regularly. The cuisine is truly delicious. The fantastic setting. Our waitress was very friendly. Just a small downside on the signature menu where we were very disappointed with the first course, the smoked sturgeon. Not at all up to par with the rest. Fade elastic.. I couldn't cut it with the knife. The caviar was excellent and the marmalade too. Just the sturgeon to see again.. Always a pleasure to come and have lunch at the Grand Barrail! The setting is magnificent and the cuisine delicious. The bistronomic lunchtime concept is very good value for money, with copious and elaborate dishes.
