Nous avons pris le menu à 32€. La mise en bouche, un gaspacho de melon, était originale et correcte. La bonne surprise s'est arrêtée la. Nous avons demandé conseil pour le vin et on nous a amené un vin de coopérative mauvais (alors que la région regorge de très bons vins à prix corrects, même de coopérative...). On nous a ensuite servi un foie gras qui était très pâle et avait plus goût à alcool qu'à foie gras.Le plat était un magret, coriace et pas à la cuisson demandée, accompagné de légumes insipides et pas de saison.Ont suivi 3 fromages de supermarché affinés en réfrigérateur.Pour finir, nous avons pris un baba au rhum et une crème caramel, dessert qui n'étaient pas mauvais mais n'avaien...

Our meal was truly special. When the chef was informed that we were four vegetarians who did not eat meat, poultry, or seafood he/she was ok with preparing a fine vegetarian dinner. Our meal included a cup of tasty gazpacho, a delightful and multi-colored...salad and a main dish of roasted and nicely seasoned vegetables surrounded with dashes and splashes of red and yellow puréed garnishes. Our wine was good and since we were content with a slow leisurely meal, did not expect rapid service from our waitress. Overall we were happy with our meal and would have no hesitation of recommending Le Bel Minervois to others.

This week was our second visit to this restaurant and unfortunately, again, the food was disappointing but in particular, it lacked seasoning. The pork chop we ordered had a huge piece of inedible fat as did the lamb. Asking for salt and pepper on both...visits seemed to be a problem and took ages to be brought to the table. Ordering another bottle of wine arrives within a minute. This is the only restaurant open in Olonzac on a Tuesday and it was half empty which is a shame as it’s a beautiful setting. The service was OK on our second visit but poor on our first. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Settled on Le Bel as a rendezvous for Sunday lunch because it was equidistant (or almost) for a group of us meeting up from across the Minervois. Everyone loved it; we enjoyed warm service great food, eaten in a tranquil inner courtyard shaded by...trees. I opted for the Menu Grenache euros). Foie gras with Muscat to start, then magret of a very high standard a rhubarb dessert that was delicious. We arrived at noon were the last to leave three hours later no-one chivvied us along, so we were able to have a very convivial time indeed. Merci beaucoup Le Bel! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

We’ve eaten here regularly for several years. The cooking is fantastic and although there was no choice for the midday lunch , it was all extremely good. Well presented in their lovely courtyard, perfect for a sunny day. Lovely staff and glad we tried it...out again this year . Thank you Jane Jellicoe

Restaurant trouvé par hasard. On a pris le menu à 23 euros et qu'elle fût notre surprise d'avoir une mise en bouche, des plats très bien cuisiné avec de beaux produits,bien présenté et bien servi car le service, c'est aussi important que la cuisine. Merci pour ce très bon moment.

This is such a wonderful find. We love the beautiful food, the friendly and warm service and gorgeous tucked away terrace. Such amazing value for money!
