Exceptional. I had not returned to this institution for many 30 years having left the region, and the quality and quantity are still there! Gargantuesque porters, fresh and really cooked products. Excellent family cuisine, delicious meat. The boss is on the small onions for his clients (he makes the round tables). A restaurant like we don't do anymore, and with a real tablecloth and cloth towels! The welcome is very professional and friendly, the 2 waitresses are really adorable and do not hesitate to start conversation with the customers. A place out of time, an address I note in the top 5 of my favorite restaurants.
