It functions pretty well. When entering make sure you take the left entrance (the right one is reserved for large trucks). You will be asked at the counter whether you have a coupon and the car will be weighed. Inside you will find some compartments (CD/DVD, plastic, metal, electric devices, furniture). Some of the workers inside might take pleasure in confusing you with observing looks or comments. Don't bother and empty your vehicle.
Well organized! Like many others before me, I recommend Hagenholz instead of Werdhölzli. Organizationally, there are worlds in between.
Today we were at the turn for disposal at 1:30 p.m. and were not allowed in and were turned away!!! Why???
