Das Hotel verfügt über zwei Bereiche: zwei neue Gebäude, die alles Moderne und Gemütliche bieten, einschließlich eines wunderschönen Spas mit vollkommener Privatsphäre und Blick auf die Alpenkette. Der ältere Teil des Hotels befindet sich im ursprünglichen Hotelgebäude, das auch direkten Zugang zum Spa über das Untergeschoss bietet. Das Hotel ist die beste Lage in Riederalp. Direkt über dem Treffpunkt für Skischulen und dem Trainer-Skilift setzt man die Skier vor der Hoteltür auf, nur um sie am Ende des Tages dort wieder abzunehmen. We went 2x in this restaurant that offers a varied menu with international and local dishes. The first time we enjoyed the pizzas that are sublime and prepared with fresh and quality ingredients. this explains and justifies in my opinion the high price. The second time, we took the meal in the cellar in röstis, separated from the rest of the hotel. warm and very nice atmosphere but service a little slow.Röstis and accompaniment of very good outfit also. In the main restaurant there is a play area for children very well.
we have eaten here two times very well at night. the rating is lower, however, because we were not really satisfied with the service. once the table was not clean, the operation seemed stressed. then it was also fitting that none of the 3 different serviers found the candle to light on the table. also on the second evening we did not find the service really friendly. Maybe we got a bad week. that we have seen the same place at the breakfast. the service was very friendly and helpful.
Obwohl etwas teuer, ist die Pizza sehr gut und wenn man draußen sitzt, selbst von Schnee umgeben, ist der Ausblick spektakulär. Es ist ein großartiger Ort für Mittagessen und es gibt viele andere italienische Gerichte.

pizza for 30chf can't be expected anymore? operation weak. I am happy to pay a little more but then the performance and the delivered must be right!
as the pizzas have tasted so well on the first night, we have eaten again for the 2nd evening. what a pity was that terrace was not opened earlier.
the pizzas we can highly recommend, even pasta of the redstikeller offers a special atmosphere personal mostly friendly. prices are rather high
