I've stayed in this hotel for 3 years running when I've used it as a base for short ski trips. The rooms are rustic and fairly basic but have an old world charm about them. One year we booked a triple room which was a bit cramped, but the doubles are fine. The apres ski facilites are nice. It is a short walk (about 150m) to the main Morillon bubble lift.What sets this place apart is the restaurant. It is outstanding. But for the desire for trying new things we would quite happily eat here every night. The chef's tasting menu is particularly good. Having tried a variety of different restaurants in Morillon and Samoen over the 3 years I think this is the best, and there are a lot of good resta...
being a morillon and a vow to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday. a long time ago we wanted to try this restaurant finally open to other guests outside the hotel "the morillon". the inner frame is successful. very good reception from all the live staff with the client. The map is diversified. we have chosen the white menu with the different wines going with each dish. Bravo to the chief and all the people around him both in the kitchen and in the hall. dishes are very sought after very tasted; accompanied by good wines from different regions of france. Thank you for this good time, we'll be back.
nothing to say reception to the top waitress and waitress listening and very polite as well as the welcome lady that is receiving .restaurant clean and chic design but also savoyard what makes this restaurant very simpa .the flat as good as beautiful, price level is rather reasonable. A special little intention was made at the time of dessert 4 ice ball instead of 2 which is particularly to our 2-year-old daughter and we too:) this is the first time that we are made such a gesture a big thank you to this restaurant. I naturally recommend this restaurant.
The restaurant is pleasant and the service very good. The food was presented beautifully and although it was of a good standard, I found just a little bland. I had, for example, the vol au vent with escargots and the pastry was excellent, but the escargot, for my taste, needed a little more flavour, with the herbs perhaps. I enjoyed it very much though.

desserts c is a refined and mountainous treat at a time. Super nice service. strongly advised. psje recommends dessert with pears (which I forgot the name). and do not hesitate to ask for pasta instead of fries, they are very conciliating.
Wir sind gerade im Skiurlaub in Morillon und genießen ein tägliches 5 Gänge Menü. Das Essen ist super, die Bedienung freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Weine schmecken ausgezeichnet. Das Essen wir stets sehr schön hergerichtet.
We had eaten there several times during our previous stays on a morillon and planned to return there this winter. Unfortunately the hotel no longer offers a restaurant and it's a shame.

An excellent hotel for a skiing trip. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is good, the rooms are comfortable and there is a good spa and small pool. Highly recommended.
