A restaurant at the top! we were in the small room downstairs: cosy and quiet atmosphere since there were only three tables. the service was good: not ultra fast but of quality, with servers aware of the map and having the info in hand. The kitchen is absolutely de-li-cious! I especially recommend as input: the cocotte eggs with foie gras mushroom sauce. I think I've never eaten anything so good. Unfortunately I don't have the photo reflex but the presentation of the Etaiy plates also successful. the restaurant has a partnership with the fork: there is a way to get out of it without paying half of its salary. eating was good, needed some salt and spicy, but was otherwise excellent. the ice was the best part. the chocolate and the cassis were the best. the service was good and we have never been running out of the water too long. they were very accommodating when we entered more than 20 people. they made eating fast and everyone was served well. a great place to eat.
