I'm not a difficult customer for food at anytime. This time i ordered something relatively simple, ribs, white rice and broccoli. Was in no hurry but it took a while to take my order and to deliver my food with about 10 people in this huge restaurant and 3 waitresses around. Plate must have stayed a while on the counter when ready rice was not hot and broccoli was cold. Rice had absolutely NO taste, brocoli was overcooked and sloppy, ribs tasted good thank god but were dried out or overcooked... who manages to get these 3 simple food items wrong at the same time! When i mentioned the rice to the server at the end of the meal she said it was white rice so would not taste much anyways... Rice...
The popcorn you serve when you arrive is definitely too salty and stimulates thirst and more, it takes a little bit before we take our order so it is clearly voluntary to incite the consumption of drink....Very good marketing on your part. Also, I ordered a caesar salad with grilled chicken and there were 3 chicken straps only on my salad. of grace, put at least the portion of a chicken breast.
the service is an extraordinary food too we ate all at the same time and everything was hot and delicious extraordinary place that we were there for the wrinkle of breast cancer we were 18 women on the bikes that had collected donations for this cause! all the staff and customers gave a gift of wow what generosity thanks to the cage to the sports bat we're going to return?

Service was good, prices were a bit on the high side we found that the food was over cooked and a little dry. Service was excellent and the place was comfortable.
We went on a Monday night rather late and food and service was just ok. It seemed to take for ever to get our food had to raid the popcorn to keep from starving
