There are so many delightful things about La Ferme du Pezet: the warm welcome from the family who run it; the neat, well appointed tables in the shade of the big chestnut tree; the vines all around stretching as far as the eye can see;...the distant glimmer of Mont Ventoux's snow-white top; the brilliant yellow marguerites swaying in the breeze; the superb cuisine; the multitude of delightful little surprises and amuses bouches that arrive at your table in the course of the meal; the delicious little bread rolls that arrive warm to the table in a little basket; the sunlight filtering through the leaves and playing on the beautifully presented food. Phoned Friday , made a reservation for Saturday. Cycled from campsite which is quite some distance to celebrate our anniversary. Got there and there's a wedding taking place. Found the girl I'd spoken to the day before who took our booking, she said she'd phoned me back to cancel our booking , I said I had not received a message (I have an iPhone so I'm completely sure I didn't get a message ) she said she'd used the 'last number received' on her phone to call back - this obviously means I wasn't the last caller she'd had. How do you not know the day before you are holding a wedding at your venue and not taking bookings! Ruined our anniversary evening.

Ate here twice recently with my husband while staying in the area.Could not fault anything about the meals, service or surroundings. The first time we ate there we had the 36 euro menu but on our return had the cheaper one as , quite honestly, I could hardly move after the first meal !!!! Although the choices were far more restricted for the 27 euro menu, the food was still superb with several interesting ' amuse bouche '. You would never get such a wonderful meal in the UK for around £23 !!! Altogether, the place is amazing, and watching bee eaters flying overhead and listening to the nightingales just added to the magic !

The Ferme du Pezet is exceptional. Fantastic sunsets in the vineyard, sublime dishes (classic French, sometimes with nouvelle innovations), great yet inexpensive local wines. We were 16 for dinner and every single person loved their meal.I personally started with little amuse-bouche they provided (a creme de courgettes, and salmon with a "fake caviar" jelly flavored with anis and coriander), then a salad of quail and local vegetables, and then the veal noisettes. After a fantastic dinner, don't pass on dessert: try the clafoutis de framboise (may have a slightly different name on the menu). Wow! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

In the midst of miles and miles of vineyards, this restaurant offers a magnificent terrace with views. Unfortunately, the food and service did not match the surroundings. We had long waits and mediocre service and when the main course came it was so bad,...we paid and left. As we had almost left the terrace, the gérant ran after us to ask if we'd paid. He should have checked with the waiter instead. This way it added insult to the injury of the disappointing meal.

What a glorious place. Beautiful setting amongst vines, overlooking Mont Ventoux. Peaceful and unhurried and away from the tourist trail. Worth the detour. Exceptional food, good prices and attentive but not annoying service. The perfect destination for a long, lazy holiday lunch. Cooking first rate.. generous portions too. Highly recommend.

On a hot day we spent a breezy and shady afternoon on the terrace under a giant walnut tree. Food was simple but high quality and the price was probably too low for what we got. Altogether pleasant and just what you’d want for...a country meal amidst the vineyards.

I've been eating here for years - the setting is perfect, and the food is good. Could do with a more adventurous wine list with more options around Gigondas etc. But love going there and eating amongst the vines as the sun sets....lovely. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

We visited with friends. The surroundings are truly magnificent. This location is a unique find! The food is great, the wines were beautiful, the staff were lovely. Would definitely return and would definitely recommend.
