The menu at 32€ was excellent. We took in the entrance a melon/jambon rosace of country and a millefeuille of eggplants/tomates/mozarella/peto copious and refined. as a dish a melting cod and a sweet magret with its small honey sauce accompanied by small seasonal vegetables. And finally, dessert in apotheosis. salted (season) with lemon meringué not too sweet marrying very well with raspberry ice and a raspberry raspberry/speculoos raspberry shootamisu light and falling. I expected to have something much better making the area discover to friends I remain disappointed. Deja the welcome of the boss is a little ole and surprising in the style of restaurant, nevertheless the waitress has caught up. As for the kitchen nothing exceptional, including a lack of flavours and cooking very medium sized sci-jacques, as well as the cuisine in general according to my friends. I don't recommend this restaurant if you want to do or please.
We hadden nochtans gereserveerd maar moesten zeer lang wachten op een menu van gemiddeld nivo. Hoofdgerecht zeer kleine portie, blijkbaar was men zich daar bewust van want er werd een gratis borrel aangeboden. Zo werkt het natuurlijk niet. Nadien hoorden we van onze B&B uitbater dat dit resaurant recent verkocht is met nu een andere kok. Ga voor hetzelfde geld zeker eten bij l' Oustaloun op het marktplein van Maussane, wat een verschil!

First you just drive by. Then you stop and read the menu. Sounds good. Tastes good. 2 or 3 course menue. Fresh prepared meals. Gazpacho, Tarte Aubergine, meat, fish and more complemented by tasty desserts. Very good value for the money. I recommend the scallops as well as all of the starters. Mercie for two wonderful dinners.
