Restaurant La Normandie

We chose the Normandie for five nights in June in a 3rd floor view room. Good choice! We enjoyed our time. Service was sparse (so they think it’s still pandemic? but the room was tidy and the property well maintained. If you want a hotel with a view of the rock (it’s why you drove all this way, isn’t it?? then this is your place. Recommended. Rooms: Comfortable if a bit dated in their decor. Food drinks: Excellent table d’hote value for dinner and the dining room itself makes you feel like you are in a ship on the water thanks to its elevated position. Worst experience! We cannot make our trip, we cancel the space through online and we ok to pay the amount they spend on us, but they charge extra with a wrong entrance. twice called to ask the reason and correct reception, the receptionist is very rude, said that the additional fee for dog even we do not make it. Okay, if that's the case, I understand, but I need the new entrance with the right amount, it's not acceptable, without reception or form, it's fraud! I can definitely not recommend

This is a beautiful historic hotel opposite the waterfront. You can see the iconic perce? Rocks from most rooms. Our room was very comfortable, with soft towels and bed linen, a small balcony and plenty of space to stretch out. We put our chairs in front of the window and watched the birds dive under the waves. The staff was very nice. We ate dinner in the dining room, and the food was excellent. We'd like to stay here again.

That was the worst experience I had in Canada!!! They calculate me almost twice the correct amount and when I called her and asked what's going on, they told me it's Mastercard's problem!!! Imagine that it was almost a month that I checked out and I just filed a dispute hoping to have my money back in 90 days!!!! Seriously, what's wrong with you?? Many advice, STAY AWAY OF THE SO CALLED HOTEL AT ANY COST ...

This is definitely more a 4-star hotel. The rooms are clean, updated, the beds comfortable and the view from your balcony of the rock and ocean will never be boring! No AC, so that it was also surprisingly somewhat squirting with the sliding door. Location is great, as restaurants /sub are within walking distance.

Very bad experience, be careful with the door locks as you might get stuck outside and the hotel charges you fees even if it's due to their faulty equipment (loose patio door bar that falls off on its own). We received very poor service and from what we've heard, it happens often. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

Great service, hotel clerk was able to communicate in English and was very helpful. The rooms don't have ac but we didn't find it hot at all. The boardwalk is right outside the hotel and you can even see the rock from there... Which is the whole point of staying in Percé lol.

This is the best hotel in Perce. The location is fantastic and we always choose to stay there. It is close to everything, with a rating of 5 for both rooms and service. The hotel highlights include a great view, romantic atmosphere, and a quiet environment.

I stayed for two days, and my room was not cleaned on the second day! The location, surroundings, comfort, and dining options were all very good! Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5
