The positives: The setting in the Balneo area of Serignan Plage, in the outdoors with the sky as a ceiling and the blood moon setting on the night we dined there just to die for; The initial service for our party of 15 was excellent there were 8 children who all got excellent attention from the staff with smiles on their faces and they were all very happy (also the fact that they were able to move from the table to the indoor seating area to watch the TV for a short while in between ordering food and receiving it! We ate twice in this restaurant during our stay and I still don't know what to think about it. First the setting is pretty, in the spa area of the campsite. It's quiet, simple, in a nice patio. it is recommended to book to be sure to have a table. I'm pretty good. nothing extraordinary but the flavors are just, the fish is well cooked and the hamburger is top, the great but a little big. For desserts it's far from that. The mellow is actually a chocolate sticker, which seems to me very industrial, the baba is not imbibed, the tiramisu is insipid. Too bad! the child menu is correct, the steak is very good, dessert question not better than for the big ones. It remains good but not transcendent...
We've eaten here two nights in a row now. The restaurant overlooks the spa on the site so is idyllic with columns and plants galore and rattan furniture everywhere. Eating inside, there are proper tablecloths, and outside really heavy iron tables and chairs, making it seem like it's going to be an expensive restaurant. But it's not expensive. The staff are nice, the owner/manager seems to notice you are there and the service is reasonably fast. The food is delicious, even if our youngest only likes their bread! Will be back again no doubt before the end of our holiday and would recommend.
Stayed at Serignan plage for 2 weeks at the beginning of June. Received a big welcome back from Fabrice and staff. Ate at the restaurant each night and the food quality never faltered. Excellent from 1st night to last. I'm quite a fussy eater but still found it very tasty. I even had the fish and chips a few times, eventhough I don't normally eat it at home. Thanks Herman, Caro and others for a very enjoyable experience. See you mext year.

little better to eat from the noon except the smiling reception of the waiter or sommelier we were that 2 couples in the restaurant as much as saying that they were not overwhelmed the salmon in papillote was not cooked we asked to cook it again it came 15 min after it was a little more cooked but still well rosé I think the restaurant is good that for pizza delivered to your site they were good-looking at the canes.
we have eaten with friends 2 times arrived 20:30, very good reception of the boss to the waiter. the sommelier offered us good wine and the waiter(se) a store of 1,2kg to 2. After the meal, the boss offered us a digestive at the baileys patio, left at 1 o'clock. I recommend it, it's rare to have people listening to customers, thank you.
Came for my daughters birthday meal. Started OK and ordered. Head came before the starter! That was sent away without apology. Starter came and was OK. The main course then arrived, that was the same as we rejected. Pasta hot is not good. Couldn't make a scene as a daughter be embarrassed! Steak tartar missing capers and was not good
we go every year to this restaurant we found this year a better at the level of cuisine and unfortunately the waiter a little too gool and a little too much on him .sinon the dishes were hot and quite tasty.
