Visited Lana during a business trip in Olten. I have not seen interieur yet. It was on a summer night and had dinner on the terras. The restaurant offers a nice selection of appetizers, soups and main courses (chicken, duck, beef and fish) with variance of sweet until spicy. My seared tuna with spicy salad looked great and tasted even better. Also the chicken in black bean sauce with vegetables and cashew nuts was very good. Staff is really friendly and check regularly if everything is ok. Although the restaurant is not cheap, I decided definitely to come back during my next visit of Olten.
Its a bit of a catch 22. the Only Thai in town has to be the best one right? well, the inside is lovely and the staff are friendly. I think that however in terms of real Thai food, most places in Switzerland are horribly overpriced and use local ingredients, leading to very western tastes. mild, some may even say bland. The restaurant is nice, but its not where i would go to for a good Thai meal. Try somewhere in Zürich with a larger Thai population
Das Essen und die Atmosphäre sind großartig! Eines meiner Lieblings-Thai-Restaurants, das ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen kann. Wenn die Preise niedriger wären, würde ich häufiger dorthin gehen. Als (Teilzeit-)Student kann ich mir einen Besuch nur zu besonderen Anlässen leisten. Sie bieten aber auch ein günstigeres Mittagsbuffet an (CHF 25.- Festpreis, sofern es noch aktuell ist)
Hochwertiges und leckeres authentisches Thai! Ich bin schon einmal nach Thailand gereist und dieses Essen schmeckt sogar noch besser als in Thailand! Das Personal ist super freundlich und wir gingen zweimal zum Abendessen und probierten eines Tages das Mittagsbuffet, das eine tolle Auswahl hatte! Versuchen Sie es auf jeden Fall, wenn Sie in Olten sind
