Visited today for lunch after reading a recent review about the high quality of food on offer. We were not disappointed! It was superb. There were 3 choices on each of the courses with one vegan option on each course. I had chicken fricassie which was the most delicious chicken dish I've had for a very long time. The meat was so tender, it fell away from the bone; the mushroom sauce was deliciously tasty - it wasn't over seasoned. My OH had tofu wok which he really enjoyed. Both were served with rice and runner beans. The starter was a dish of 2 types of melon one of which was watermelon, with feta. We didn't think it sounded great but we were very wrong. Behind the blue doors and up the stairs is a calm, well designed space which is a welcome relief from the hectic streets outside. The walls are neutral with lights made from large elongated roof tiles. The chairs are plush and comfortable. There is an outside terrace surrounded by garden but it was too hot for us the day we visited. We were greeted immediately and offered a choice of available seats. The food was on a board and offered three choices for entrée, main course and dessert. We both had two courses for €15. Otherwise you could have 3 courses for €18. Simon had the mixed crudités with a simple dressing for entrée which he found tasty and we both had the Wok Tofu for our main course...
We were looking forward to eating here as we pass by it many times each week. We had a reservation for lunch and it was a bit cool outside so the only option was to eat in. We started with velouté de légumes that really tasted like they had used the grass from the lawn. The fish plate that I had was OK and our vegetarian friends thought the vegan cassoulet and comme un burger were not bad. The desert was supposed to be mousse au chocolat but reminded us of chocolate flavored whipped cream from a can. Last but not least, the wine was a disappointment. There are so many very good wines in this region (and even some in a box) that we don't know how they can offer a wine like this.
I was taken here by a friend whilst staying in Carcassonne. We are both vegetarians ( not always an easy thing in France), and she recommended this place as a great place to get a good vegetarian lunch. I was not disappointed. In fact, we enjoyed it so much, we returned again for lunch the next day. We are inside, although there is a little courtyard out the back, which was popular. We did not need a booking. The service was efficient and polite. The food was delicious. I will be back! To top it off, there is a great (Bio) health shop directly next store, if healthy eating is your thing and you want to stock up on great organic / healthy food. Perfect!

Our family, inluding two vegan daughters, ate at 104 on saturday evening. I am vegetarian and my husband eats anything and all of us were happy with the choices on offer. It was great to see a choice of vegan starters, mains and desserts . The food was delicious and we ate in a pretty little yard at the back. The restaurant looked newly decorated and fresh. The service was excellent and our waiter spoked good englisg too. I have rated this restaurant as excellent as I really could not fault it in any way.
Very impressed with the peaceful, clean and well decorated restaurant. Very friendly service. Choices for all vegans, veggies and meat eaters so excellent. You can even go and do your organic shopping at the bio co-op next door. Only downside was that the tofu dish was not something a bit more exciting and slightly dry. It was well presented though and otherwise well cooked. Looking forward to going back to have the more extensive vegan options on the evening menu. They even have a vegan cassoulet!
Easy to book and great place with a small terrace to combine inside and outside eating of the wonderful organic food. Great starer choices especially the plate of the day, normally more than one option so worth asking. Wine choices although limited were excellent though. Strongly recommend this place that combines quality and service.
Set a little away from the town centre this restaurant offers healthy flood options. The choice on the lunch menu was limited to three main course, meat, fish and vegetarian but when it arrived it was tasty and nutritious. My partner had room for dessert after the fish course but I found the vegetarian options more than enough food.

From research beforehand, I saw that this restaurant not only had a vegan option, but a vegan version of the local dish which is cassoulet. We weren't disappointed! It was delicious and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Highly recommended, not just for vegans!
