Tout d'abord je tiens à souligner la qualité de l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel.Pour le reste assiette mixte à 20 euro de basse qualité. Un chèvre bûche congelé de la charcuterie sans goût. Un spritz noyé dans les glaçons au prix de 15 euro !!!!À titre de comparaison nous en avons dégusté en début de mois à Venise place Saint Marc à 11 euro (le plus cher) et d'autres à Venise au prix de 7 euroLe lieu et le cadre ne peuvent donc en aucun cas justifier ces tarifs démesurés, sauf à être qualitatif en tous points, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Ou alors à combien doit on payer un spritz si on a la vue sur la tour Eiffel ? 20 euro ? 25 euro ?
The plus points: the initial welcome/service is pretty good, the staff know that most people in the early evening are going to the 8.30pm concert; the view across the city is impressive and it's a nice touch, (for the tables of two), to be seated side by side and both enjoy the viewThe minuses: the portions are on the small side, bearing in mind the prices; after the main course the attention level from the staff went down and to order dessert/coffee we had to be quite forceful in catching their attention.€75 for two mains, one dessert, two glasses of wine and coffees.
Petite réception familiale en soirée sur la terrasse privatisée du restaurant, une belle vue panoramique sur Paris, un temps magnifique, un beau couché de soleil. Une prestation cocktail dînatoire simple mais de qualité, inspiré par les origines des invités : planche de charcuteries ibériques et suisses, antipastis délicieux, planches de fromages affinés. Un service sympathique, discret et efficace. Une très belle soirée qui nous donne l'envie de revenir pour un dîner classique, avant ou après un concert à la Philarmonie ou au Zenith.

Went for a meal prior to concert. Only opened at 6:30 with concert at 8:00 time was going to be tight. Had a waitress on her first day who couldn’t work the hand held ordering computer. Took 20 mins to order starters which eventually arrived. Then little later after the wine, the aperitifs arrived sent back. After much complaining main course arrived 25 mins to go. All of a rush. Service was chaotic! Food was excellent but spoilt by delays. Don’t go until there is a change of management. Did get complimentary wine as an apology.
Have just eaten here with my wife and mother in law, and cannot recommend the place for it's food, nor for it's management. Twice my wife's beef steak was uneatable, and when we mentioned this to the waiter, he approached his manager. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager handed the problem back to the waiter, who could only apologize and charge is the full price. Poor management, and poor food experience especially at the price charged. We're never coming back, and will not recommend this place to anyone else.
Sometimes I wonder what restaurant others have visited. I don't come from the moon, I like refined food, a good atmosphere, polite hosts. I found in Le Balcon a good balance in everything. Just before a concert, with enough time to relax, to enjoy the surroundins, the stunning views but of all the good food. Menu of the chef varies every week/month. Perfect, keep it this way.
Y aller pour la vue ,l'originalité du lieu et l'accueil Cuisine correcte pour le prix payé ( 35 euros par personne )mais même en début de service beaucoup de plats au menu étaient manquants Nous y étions allé pour la soirée du 14 juillet Hélas impossible de voir le feu d'artifice cache par un immeuble
