Restaurant Le Moulin des Ruats

In an execable time, we arrived at the end of the afternoon at the windmill. A very nice place, on a small road at the foot of the cliff/avallon's bra, where all the mills were. Room above the river and wheel of the mill as desired. 100th anniversary of the establishment, with an excellent occasion menu. decor room a tantinet vieillot, but correct equipment. Cossu aperitif lounge. The sommelier at the table knows his business perfectly. Breakfast is up to the height. an interesting address.

Ideally placed, this hotel offers rooms with balcony. on the edge of a pretty little river whose water noise accompanies our nights. The bedding is still acceptable. the breakfast served on the balcony of the room is perfect. The boss surrounds you with a rare kindness. a small permanent exhibition of artisanal jewelry decorates the entrance. It's quiet, relaxing and romantic.

a romantic setting a watermill with its waterfalls ideal for a weekend in nature. or a meal of valentine. pleasant and warm. dinner was nice and a hearty breakfast. the rooms a little small but have a balcony overlooking the river. pleasant stay.

"there's an old vintage by the stream, nelly dean." this old English song perfectly describes the ruats mill. We went down at weekendesk. a good meal by the water, a well-equipped room without air conditioning, a nice staff.

In de afgelopen 35 jaar regelmatig hier gegeten. Het eten was subliem, helaas is het steeds meer achteruit gegaan. Nu is de prijs/ kwaliteit ondermaats. Overigs de bourgogne, die we dronken, was heerlijk.
