Almost flawless!The atmosphere is calm, intimate and not noisy at all.The service was excellent even though there was a group playing at the same time, which we couldn't hear at all.The bread and hummus starter, it was by far the best hummus I have ever eaten.All the dishes from the gourmet table d'hôte that we ate were absolutely delicious down to the last crumb: brined salmon and bison tartare (starters 1), cream of mushroom soup (starters 2), sweetbreads with oyster mushrooms and the 6oz AAA beef filet mignon aged 60 days (main meals), finishing with cheesecake and chocolate mousse cake (desserts). Your chef should sign up for the show Les Chefs!The portions were good and we ate our fill....
We had unlimited seafood for two people $200 with the choice of a bottle of wine included . We ordered as a starter, fried squid and “crabcake” and it was excellent! The homemade seafood soup was also very good! The shrimp, mussels and crab were good, but the rice was ordinary and the lobster tails were way overcooked... The garlic butter was bad. Desserts; correct. For a total bill of $276/2 people. Service tax incl. we must expect a higher level on the plate.The service was impeccable and attentive and the atmosphere pleasant.
My wife and I had an excellent dinner at this warmly lit restaurant. We both had the beetroot starter and then I went for the venison game dish while my wife had the lamb. Both dishes were excellent. The bottle of wine our server recommended was superb. The only reasons I give this establishment a four rather than a five is that the desserts were workmanlike and the background music was too loud and they ignored our request for it to be turned down a bit.
What about the all-you-can-eat seafood menu? How excellent, excellent and still excellent!!! Not too expensive too!! A mega deal for those who are hungry. The table d'hôte, without refill, is enough for many people. We will undoubtedly return there very soon!

New formula no more buffet...all you can eat table d'hôte very looooong service 3 hours to eat you have to ask each time in detail what you want...it has lobster no claws..no scallop no poison.. .last time for us..well disappointed...
We had the seafood buffet for 2 people with a bottle of wine. We ate so much!! The starters are great too. Lobster tail and crabs are served hot. The service was pleasant. We will definitely go back ?
Excellent, we enjoyed delicious dishes. We took the 200 dollar formula, all you can eat. Everything was perfect and refined. Thanks also to Louis Philippe for his impeccable service and kindness.

Restaurant Le Rouge Vin is absolutely delicious restaurant! I tried to seafood dish and it was delicious and incredible.
