Au sein d'un village typiquement héraultais se cache donc cette perle, aménagée avec goût dans une ancienne grange, que nous avons découverte lors d'un souper entre famille et amis. La carte est alléchante, cohérente, proposant différents menus bien équilibrés ; nous avions pour notre part choisi le menu à 21 €, sur lequel il était encore possible de choisir pour chaque plat une suggestion. Belle idée, permettant de prometteuses variations. La présentation dans les assiettes est impeccable, jolie, claire et colorée.
