The view is good with an excellent location.But the food quality is not as good as expected. My experience makes me ask why did the chef not season the steak and vegetables? They need a little salt when cooked in my opinion and that of other chefs I've worked with. To compound this there was no salt or pepper on the tables. And why was the blue steak cooked so heavily? Blue means to just show it the pan ... to sear it not cook it ... certainly not cook it until no juices flow. The French claim great things in the kitchen .... this restaurant didn't convince me it understood the basics.
The rain was pouring and we got very wet getting there however it was worth it. The manager/?owner was very friendly and welcoming and we were lucky enough to get a table by the window where you could not want for a better view however we were not here for the view. The food came and it was very good. Better than we expected and extremely good value. One crab starter, one three course menu, one plat du jour, one bottle of excellent rose wine, a second desert and an extra glass of wine, all in 81 euros. Excellent!
Friends recommended this place that we had, despite visiting Dinard for 25 years, never noticed. It would be worth visiting just for the view over to Saint Servan and Saint Malo but has the added benefit of a really elegant dining room and a roof terrace with sofas and comfy chairs if the weather is good enough. The service was very friendly, we were late for lunch and starving, and the good really excellent. The fixed price lunch offered three courses for €15. We will certainly go back there again.
The lunch-time menu is good value and the views, whether from the club room or the open-air terrace above, are stunning. Cooking and menu combinations are good, but the a la carte is not as good value at all. Staff are willing and helpful, but very dippy. Our order was forgotten and only the intervention of the owner / manager rescued things. We were in no hurry and enjoying the view and wine, but I could imagine this could grate.

Visited on a sunny day , lovely views of dinan port. Oysters to start . Bit steep for dozen for 20 euro. All 4 of us had the turbo with a Rosemary cream truffle sauce . Fresh and tasty . Took a while to come out but worth the wait .
A wonderful evening with attentive service and home cooked food. The chef took great pride in delivering a first class meal. It took a while to come out but it was so worth the wait. A great view too!
A cosy nice restaurant with a great view and great food! However not a children friendly as there is no menu and cutleries for children. Great ambience and will visit next time without children;)

Very accommodating staff. Lovely view. Food delicious. Chef rustled up a lovely fresh salad for me as I am a veggie. Steaks were nicely cooked and all the food well presented.
Lunch was perfect. Thank you. The chef come often to see if everything is ok. Very nice view on the sea
