This is a beautiful spot just off the square in Cagne. The greenery, decor and beautiful flowers make les Baux feel like a real oasis. There's a fabulous set menu which was €26 for three courses when we visited. The goats cheese was delicious. The melt in the mouth chicken was cooked in cider and served with fondant potatoes. Dessert selection was very impressive. Creme brûlée, tarte du jour and chocolate fondant were some of the nicest I've ever had. Owners are charming and genuine. From first to last bite I was in heaven. Congratulations and huge thanks for a wonderful experience. Places like les Baux are what life is all about!
A welcome up! A comfortable and comfortable place. A careful and very kind server! The wonderful meal! The dishes from the entrance to the dessert have a great presentation. The balance of flavors is intelligent and a pleasure for taste buds! A mix of fresh products, both from the sea and the land, a small card (which is perfect) but which offers it for all tastes! I can only recommend the restaurant for its reception and for its meal proposals. Thank you for this meal!
We were in Haut de Cagnes... a great hill top village and decided to have lunch at Les Baux . The food was wonderful and the service great. We both had the Sea Bass.. it was served with zucchini and beets with a sauce that was outstanding... with a bottle of wine. The atmosphere was also wonderful... we would highly recommend Les Baux .
My wife and I had a fantastic dinner there. This is your typical French restaurant with unpretentious menu but tasty, refined food. This place is well worth the visit in itself, not to mention the fact that it's a great way to escape crowded tourist traps on the coast and admire the great view from the Hauts-de-Cagnes.

I have passed this restaurant quite often during the past 10 years, but that has been wrong. New owners and chef since some 3 years. The food was excellent and the 18EUR lunch, two courses is very price worthy. We will come back, no doubt. The ambience was also very enjoyable combined with the nice service we received.
Nice little restaurant with a lovely ambience friendly efficient service and great food all at a very reasonable price. I had the 14eu Menu which was grest a nice roulade and a superb duck. Definitely look it up if you are going to the chateau in Haute Cannes
Went back. New owners. Those two guys are amazingly nice and friendly. Food is really good considering how little money charge. Best spot in town. Two restaurateurs working with love, and it shows. Thank you for keeping this nice little place so lovely.
Charming little place, lovely service, really nice, home-cooked food. A bit like a sophisticated French friend made you dinner. Not too expensive. Lovely terrace. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff and excellent food. Had the salat for starter, main was sausage with mashed potatoes and sauce. For dessert we had profiteroles. Recommended.
