It should have been on the menu from the beginning or the waitress would have been right away. Comes from chicken wrapped in fried bread. So disgusting, I tried to remove the bread but I couldn't. The waitress clearly saw what I was trying to do, but didn't move. She didn't even want to ask what taste had food. No, not yet. The service is perfect, the sommelier is very competent and very pleasant, the dishes are filled with flavors and very well erect! A starred restaurant.
