We were staying at the Ibis Styles in Saarbourg and went through to what we assumed was the hotel restaurant to find ourselves in the ' Les Cedres ' a separate entity and a quite attractive and quality eatery. There was plenty of seating in a light and airy interior or outside in fine weather. The service was leisurely and attentive. The waiter made light of our hesitant French and we had an excellent three course meal both tasty and filling at a good price given the standard. My wife does not drink so I also enjoy having a smaller jug of reasonably priced, good wine, as is the custom in France. I use to come to this restaurant when I stay at the same hotel ‘des Cedres’. The restaurant ambience is very nice and comfortable. The menu now is small and if you want to have something light is very difficult. I had a steak and the meat was frozen and probably unfrozen at that time. Also overdone! To end up you have to pay the meal separated from the room. Cuisine Alsace but not as good as it should be. Next time better to go to nearby restaurants.
Ate here whilst staying at the attached Ibis Styles. After a long journey from the UK didn't want to travel in to town. Food was excellent again as it was last year. Wine recommendation was good. Only observation was that it appeared to be a...bit more expensive than last year? €168 for three course with wine for three. Would eat here again if I was in that area.

I've had the most Amazing food tonight. We were checked into a Ibis by business associates and thought oh no. Omg! The restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel which is excellent by the way. Food amazing. Every course. Cheeses off the hook! If you in Alsace or northern France make the detour. You won't be disappointed!
We stayed in the Ibis Styles which is attached to this resturant and ate here on a recommendation. Food was excellent, house red wine was good and sitting outside in the warm evinced was a pleasure. We had nowhere else to be so the slow...service was not an issue for us.

Although separately managed from the Ibis Styles, Sarrebourg, this restaurant is physically part of the property. The setting and comfort of the restaurant was better than one would expect at a conventional Ibis. The food was imaginative and well presented. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
