A bold, inventive and "sensory" cuisine, despite the problems of the deliveries we met this week. The A63 cut caused by the fires did not begin the fight of the chefs last night. Modified map, respectful of the gascon terroir, in tribute to organic and reasoned local farmers. Gostar is a hymn in the gascon country, a place with elegant elegance, in which the pretty dryers prune compete with amazing dishes. We feel good, the waiters smile... we work hard behind the stoves. Syrups are delicious, juices and exquisite sauces! An open book on the country of Lauzun, a beautiful tribute to the pais that sings...
At the top, we enjoyed the meal, the freshness intakes with a special mention for the octopus carpaccio even if the red was already excellent. The dishes were also very good, but the pork overlooks the rest, a pure pleasure. The service provided by two discreet and smiling young people was very friendly. We had a very good night. Thank you. Charming frame, neat decoration. A rational map with a limited number of dishes (sign of a certain quality, without pretentions. A very affordable price: 34 euros (entrance, dish and dessert . The dishes are neat, refined and full of flavours. An address not to be missed!
